Clean, quiet room. Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Booked only for one night to attend a concert - would have loved to stay longer because everything about the service and room was perfect!

Disliked: Having to leave.

We should have been notified of the impending closure.

Liked: Staff did the best they could under the circumstances.
Disliked: We did not know that the hotel was officially closing at the end of February until we saw a sign on the vending machine. Amenities were limited or nonexistent because of impending closure. It was like staying in a ghost town hotel.

Very convenient location to Keswick Theatre; cab service available & reasonable. Overall - nothing fancy, but clean, with a friendly & helpful staff. We would stay again.

The Holiday Inn at Fort Washington was an amazing hotel experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The last best part about this hotel is the location. Fort Washington stop is next door for the general train service into Philly. Can't beat that!

Worth every penny spent

Liked: It was clean from the main entrance to the room. The breakfast was so good. My kids don’t typically like hotel breakfast but they enjoyed it. The staff was very kind and my room was very clean. The pool is really nice and there’s a Starbucks practically attached to the hotel.
Disliked: I wish the tv’s had an option for Netflix, Hulu, etc. They still use cable which was okay. The elevators were creaky and slow. A bit scary but they were clean.

Not happy in room 605

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: No electricity until almost midnight. Nothing was offered- no beverages no food..No discount on our room. The room got hotter as the night went on. The guy who checked us in didn't activate the key card so so I went to 605 with my bag purse and cane and had to go all the way back to the lobby to have the card actually activated.
