Staff excellent-dining area very good...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: sofa bed was not comfortable; found the overall lighting inadequate and did not like parking immediately outside the window, thus forcing closure of blinds etc. contributing to room being dark;

Liked: Bed was comfortable.Breakfast offered variety of cold and hot food items.The guy who was at the reception at 6 am on the 26th was very pleasant.
Disliked: Heating/Air conditioning system was not working at all. Temperature in room was very warm.Tv remote control was not working ( dead battery)The girl at the reception desk in the afternoons could have been more friendly; she offered no human warmth in her interactions.

Great hotel, staff not so...

Liked: I love the Holiday Express Inn brand. Rooms are always comfortable, decor is refreshing, breakfast is great. Unfortunately, the clerks were quite rude at this place, but hotel was nice.

Liked: Breakfast was fine, lots of selections. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was accessible as my husband is in a wheelchair.
Disliked: We travel with our dogs and I couldn’t find a garage anywhere for pet waste
