Disappointing

Staff, room, location, breakfast, value...

Liked: Brand name, clean, breakfast ok.
Disliked: Carpeting on floors outdated, prefer bare floors for cleanliness. too much furniture for amount of space, no where to put luggage.

Great value

Liked: Booked the King suite with sofa bed. Room was very nice, clean, larger than what I was expecting. Having a kitchenette was a great touch especially with having a new born travel with us. Breakfast was also great here.

Its ok for what we...

Disliked: Single-use cutlery and plate for breakfast. At this Holiday inn you could at least chose non single-use items (which we couldn't at the last one) but not everything. In 2025 this is just not acceptable! The english level of the front office employee was not sufficient - tried to communicate in french was even worse.

Disliked: sofa bed was not comfortable; found the overall lighting inadequate and did not like parking immediately outside the window, thus forcing closure of blinds etc. contributing to room being dark;
