Would recommend staying there; great location; clean; close to FirstBank Amphitheater.

Liked: Clean, great beds, pillows.
Disliked: Only thing I could say that I might say is the tub was a little slippery getting in. But, was really happy with the place.

Liked: The location of the hotel was great.
Disliked: This particular Holiday Inn Express at Berry Farms was very disappointing. From our check in, the clerk was not very welcoming or friendly. Our room was dirty, the rug area near the couch was completely stained, the couch was thread-bare, the curtain bottom was filthy from the air conditioner above. In our bathroom, there was a one foot crack in the ceiling near the vent, and a 6 inch semi-circle crack in the shower, which caused water to get behind it. I immediately told the check in clerk, and she acted surprised, but wanted to inform her so we would not get charged. She acted off-putting about it. The breakfast was bare and not the usual fare we typically receive at this chain. We spent more money on this room so we would have the sofa for a child, but no bedding was provided and again, the couch was in terrible shape. Do not recommend this particular hotel.

Liked: I only ate there one morning, and it was good. The shower was great!
Disliked: The bed was hard, and the pillows were too full. The first night I didn't sleep well due to these. There needed to be instructions to work the remote for the tv and possibly a listing of the stations. It was a little more expensive than what I expected, (I'm 73 and I have AAA and other Senior discounts but had to way to use them) but I went with my daughter and grandson and his baseball team stayed there so it was more convenient for transportation.
