My daughter and I made a fast trip to Dallas to IKEA and The Container Store then drove to Fort Worth to the hotel. Parked the car and did not have to move it again until we headed home, thanks to the shuttle service. Went to the KIMBALL before checking out - thanks again to the shuttle. Until checking out I did not realize there was a daily $10.00 parking fee. But worth it when the shuttle service is there.

Liked: Shuttle service. Breakfast. Staff.
Disliked: Noisy bathroom light/fan combination. One bed too close to the wall - less than four inches from the wall where the thermostat is located.

Liked: Comfy beds. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I didn't really have any issues with anything. My stay was quite positive.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was very friendly especially the ladies serving breakfast.
Disliked: The parking is horrible! Plus having to pay after booking a room is stupid. Also there was construction and i understand its not any fault of theirs but the entrance was hard to find.

Very good

Liked: Great staff and hospitality. Room was spacious and didn't have any issues.
Disliked: Parking was tough for larger vehicles and, overall, less parking than available rooms.

Friendly staff in a clean...

Liked: Lovely staff, clean hotel, free parking.
Disliked: I expected a free shuttle to the stockyards as it was so advertised but was told that it had to be pre-booked which was unclear.
