Liked: The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the staff was ok.
Disliked: In my room, the latch to the main window to draw the main curtain was broken, so I had to roll the window curtain by hand to get the natural light in the room. The staff at the front desk during my check-in was polite and helpful as well as the housekeeping lady. The female staff member who was working during the day today at the time of my checkout didn't acknowledge me- and that rubbed me the wrong way. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I think you should invest in a carpet/ upholstery cleaning on the couch in there. I didn't sit on the couch due to a brown substance that appeared to be feces or brownie - I cleaned it with a Clorox bleach wipe.
