Pleasant

Liked: Gentlemen at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Wish I remembered his name to give him a shoutout.
Disliked: Was not the cleanest, the price was WAY too high for this Holiday Inn. $234 for one night after everything for a dirty room & dirty pool.

Disappointing

Disliked: Cleanliness is not their forte.1st room was used and 2nd was touched up from previous guest

Exceptional

Great place to stop

Liked: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Eager to help or assist in any thing we would need. The pancake maker was a huge hit with my kid. Indoor pool was clean and the room was spacious and comfy.
Disliked: Wasn’t their fault but very noisy intersection hard to sleep

Liked: I had booked a room with 2 queen beds--as it was myself and older son traveling. When I got to the room--It was a king bed-Went back down to the desk and spoke with Derek. They did not have any other queen rooms open--but he did give my son another king room for the night! Derek at the desk handled the situation perfectly! THANK YOU!!!
