Liked: The staff was excellent. I can't remember the last time I was greeted in the morning with a genuine "good morning" and a smile (and this was at 7 am by not just one employee, but each one I met in the breakfast area and at the front desk). They made me feel very welcome.

Liked: Everything was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The ladies working the breakfast this morning went out of their way to make my kids happy and appreciated that very much. Loved the pool, a little cold but the kids loved it. Definitely coming back again.
