Liked: The breakfast was great. They had GF muffins for my daughter who has celiac disease.
Disliked: How I was charged twice... I was charged from Booking.com and from the Holiday Inn. I spoke to the manager before leaving and she said this is normal the pre-auth will fall off... not sure why she thinks its normal I do this at least 2-3 times a year with Holiday Inn and never had this happen. The front desk team said they always have guest come up about the same issue. After getting home nope the pre-auth was not removed and I was charged. After sitting on the phone for quite awhile they finally fixed it. If I didn't noticed I would have been charged twice with them not refunding me. The location was sketchy they had security at the Ruby Tuesday restaurant right next to the hotel.

Fun Fayetteville/Cape Fear

Liked: Close to everything Cape Fear, the botanical garden A+, the Cape Fear Bike Trail A+. The historic downtown after Easter weekend was sleepy but great historical architecture and walkabout. Fun place.
Disliked: N/A
