Liked: Every one there!!! They were so kind and out going. The lady that was covering the breakfast area was amazing. She talked with us and help my daughter with the pancake machine. She was so kind.
Disliked: Well, I did find a bug on the floor. Thanks goodness it was dead. I didn't say a word to anyone there. I know every place has them.

Disliked: Hole in the celling in the bathroom. Crack in the shower.

Our stay was fine.

Disliked: Trash cans are small and bags cheap.

Disliked: First, when I got to check in they had me in the wrong room and had to change rooms. I booked a King size bed with sofa. I did not get that at first. Staff UNPROFESSIONAL AND HUNG UP PHONE ON ME. NOT ACCEPPTABLE AT ALL!!! Upper management can play that call back and see for themselves. When I was complaining about not getting the towels since asking the day before. I just want to warn other unsuspecting guests about the service here. Different Staff kept telling that the towels were in the wash each time I asked. SO, YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT IT TOOK THEM OVER A DAY TO WASH TOWELS? I have never been to a hotel where I had to practically beg for towels. I'LL HAVE TO MAKE SURE TO NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE BOOKING HERE AGAIN AT THIS HOTEL!!!
