Exceptional hotel

Liked: This Holiday Inn Express is an amazing value. The rooms are incredibly clean with great amenities. I travel routinely for business, and I must say this Holiday Inn Express is the best hotel I have stayed in for a long, long time. The staff are friendly; the rooms are well designed. The morning breakfast buffet is the best I have encountered in ages: a coffee station with two coffee machines that literally brew your beans before dispending the coffee and an array of breakfast foods that fulfill every desire. There was fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, and a long line of hot serving trays I never reached because there was a warming tray of fresh cinnamon raisin rolls that called my name. If you are in the Elkton Maryland area, do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel.

It was a really good...

Disliked: I didn’t like the 50 dollar hold and how long it takes to be returned, I think once checkout is completed and the room is cleaned the money should be returned right away. It’s been more then Five days and the money has not been returned.
