Disliked: This hotel is too far away from Lake Geneva or any kind of dining/entertainment. Breakfast selection was very limited. Plus the eggs were under cooked. It was also extremely noisy. The walls are very thin. I hardly got any sleep.

Liked: The beds were comfy. Common areas were clean.
Disliked: Stayed for one night. The room wasn't completely vacuumed or wiped down when we checked in. There were crumbs on the floor by the table, on the lounge chair in the corner of the room, and on the window sill, as well as something sticky like dried soda. Let the front desk know. They did nothing. Took the kids to the pool for a bit. When we came back to the room, we discovered the bathroom door didn't close, and it would just pop back open. Turned the heat on in the room when we went to bed around 10 pm. Every time the heater would turn off, it would make a knocking noise for 5-10 min, making it impossible to sleep. Went to take a shower in the morning only to find when I pulled the shower curtain shut that there were boogers stuck to the curtain. When I went to the front desk to check out, I made it a point to explain to the staff the issues we had at check in and how nothing was done and the issues discovered at bed time, along with the issues discovered that morning when getting ready to shower and check out. All the girl said was that she would document the problems and let staff know and that the guy who checked us in should have switched our room when we discovered it was dirty. I told her we weren't even offered a vacuum, let alone a room change. She just apologized and then said I would get my receipt for the room via email. I'm really disappointed and will not go back. Can't believe how much this hotel has changed in the few months since I stayed there last.
