Very good

Very nice and comfortable.

Liked: I left the hotel prior to breakfast being served at 7:00 a.m.
Disliked: The bathroom ceiling light fixture did not work.

We had a pleasant three...

Liked: As always, the hotel was very clean and inviting.
Disliked: One of the external doors had been broken and was locked. I’m sure that was necessary to wait for a new door.

Liked: Not real happy with this particular management. I went to check in, got my key, went to my room, to find out that management changed my reservation and did not inform me. I had reserved a room with two double/queen beds. Management took it upon themselves to change my room to just one king-size bed room. Not real happy

Superb

Liked: Staff was friendly. We checked in and out quickly. Breakfast was great! Room was comfortable and what we needed for our family. Love the different lighting in room and bathroom. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to El Paso.
Disliked: Towels and bedding were clean but it didn't seem like they did a great job with cleaning. There was some trash left in room, bathroom floor had not been swept and some of the furniture was dusty. Keurig was pretty dusty too. Would be nice if there was an herbal tea option for the keurig. Other than that everything else was great!
