Liked: Breakfast was super, the food was really good, nice variety and very tasty. The nice lady kept everything clean and kept the food fully stocked. She really did a good job.

I would never use booking.com....

Liked: I'd never stay at another holiday inn express again and will make sure no one in my company or neighborhood will NEVER go near another one. I tried minutes after making a mistake to call booking. No way I called Holiday Inn in Dripping Springs Texas within minutes I had my daughter die and needed a quick room for my sister. Im not done , I'll make sure you loose money forever. I know how to make reviews holiday inn is complicite with booking.com as they work under a contract from you
Disliked: The staff especially Drew Curtis gen manager holiday in express uses fraudulent deceptive practices to book rooms when using booking Drew shows no understanding or respect for customers

The staff was very nice...

Liked: It was close to the activities that we attended
Disliked: There was a wet and dirty towel left in the room and if you were out in the hallway it was hot. They were doing construction on the third floor so that may account for no air conditioning
