Liked: We were booked somewhere else, but when we went to check in, they wouldn’t allow our dog! They had confirmed our reservation, so it was quite a shock! After an hour of discussion, they finally canceled our reservation and refunded the money. We then booked at Holiday Inn. They welcomed us, even had a treat for our dog! It saved the day for us!

Very helpful, comfortable, clean hotel.

Liked: We arrived early to find that Booking. Com messed up our reservation. But Taylor at the front desk went to extra measures to try to correct the mistake and make sure we had the correct rooms for several members of our family who were traveling. Thanks Taylor!
