Loud kids above us

Liked: The breakfast was good and the pool was clean and refreshing.
Disliked: There were kids running around and stomping above us and being loud between 9-11pmThey were very loud and interpreted our sleep.

Nice hotel but poor shuttle...

Liked: Good location. Comfortable stay
Disliked: Advertising airport shuttle but it doesn’t run all day. Only until 11:30 am. No afternoon service. Quite useless service

Not a clean establishment

Liked: I like location and free shuttle to airport.
Disliked: The hallway and rooms were not only dirty but smelly. I went downstairs to ask if something could be done and the front desk gave me fragrance to go spray room. I will never stay at a holiday Inn again.
