Very disappointed in the front...

Liked: I loved the location of the hotel and the accessibility. The lobby was nice and inviting and the room was spacious with a lot of intentional seating and storage for gues(to he a room and not a suite) Breakfast was amazing and the coffee was hot and fresh.
Disliked: The check in staff was not accommodating to my reservation. He could see my confirmation on my email but refused to honor it until he spoke with a Booking representative for over an hour, causing me to miss most of the funeral service I was in town for. He actually made me feel like he was doing me a favor by honoring my reservation. The room (bathroom) was dirty on the floor as was the carpet. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was made to feel like I wasn't welcome at that hotel. Also, the main lights witch controlled all the lights in the room. You couldn't only use the bedside lamps, they all had to be on.
