Overall need better cleanliness

Liked: The fact that there was a microwave & refrigerator
Disliked: Me and my husband both got bit while visiting this hotel

Liked: We slept too late to enjoy the breakfast since we arrived well after midnight.
Disliked: We were charged twice for our room and are currently attempting to have one of the charges refunded.

Dearborn Heights Visit

Liked: The hotel cleanness and quietness. The beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast is basic and limited. The swimming pool is small and water replacement/recycling should be more frequent. The room did not contain complimentary water (the hotel management should revisit this policy).
