Very nice. I will stay...

Liked: The room was spacious compared to what I am used to when coming up to visit. Surprised at the fold out bed being comfortable. Very clean, friendly accommodating staff. Nice pool the kids had a blast in.
Disliked: The patio could have used a cleaning at least once during the stay. The keycards had to be refreshed too many times

We won't be back.

Liked: The location was close to our work venue, and as a Holiday Inn, we assumed a level of professional quality and performance.
Disliked: Lack of communication: 1) spent two days calling with no answer; 2) called Holiday Inn corporate to make sure the phone number published was correct; 3) once contact was finally made, requested a credit card authorization; 4) had to call again to obtain it and asked for reply email indicating receipt; 5) called again to be sure they received it and that it was attached to appropriate reservation (our employees); 6) was told by two different people it was set; 7) neither employee had a smooth check-in -- one needed to show the email I'd forwarded from the business manager, Chris, and the other ended up being charged for his room. Very unsatisfactory treatment, especially for a Holiday Inn.

Liked: Clean and great staff service
Disliked: I booked suite but they give me standard room, they did not get me any credit for downgrade, also due to system issues they are unable to issue key cards for room, very inconvenience.

Passable

Disliked: Systems were down so we didn’t receive a key to the room. The lobby was full of people also waiting to be let in their room each time so it was an inconvenience
