For a newly built hotel...

Liked: Located near where I was working and good access to major roads in the area. Reception staff were helpful at resolving things. Credit to Omar who asked me about my stay while I was waiting in reception for a delivery. He was genuinely interested and tried to resolve something for me. I want to give credit for that. Thanks!
Disliked: On arrival no bath towels and one towel that was there had make up on it so wasn't clean. Small market in the reception area doesn't have beer or wine. Room was in poor condition. Chain for the roller blind was snapped. On returning one evening I found my bedroom door was open. No sign of the cleaner so don't know how long it had been like that but as I had possessions in the room, this wasn't great, Breakfast is OK, but generates so much plastic waste. Plastic plate, cutlery, disposable coffee cups. Used for about 10 minutes then straight into the trash.

Bad

Overall nice stay.

Liked: Facility and room was clean, staff was friendly. We only stayed one night, so I can’t speak on much else.
Disliked: Waffle iron went out during breakfast and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it going. They didn’t offer non pork meat options, so I was looking forward to the waffles.
