Wry bad experience

Liked: I arrived at the hotel at 3 AM after a 12-hour drive. Upon arrival, I was met by the receptionist, who had her hands inside her clothes and told me, “You have to wait 15 minutes. Why did you come after 3 AM?”After waiting, I completed the check-in process, and she assigned me room 228. When I entered the room, it was extremely cold, and the air conditioner was making a loud, disturbing noise. Additionally, there were no curtains, so bright light from outside kept coming in, along with the noise of passing cars.I went back to the receptionist, but she told me, “I can’t do anything for you. You have to speak to the manager tomorrow.”As a result, I left and checked into another hotel without getting a refund. The next day, I tried calling multiple times to speak with the manager, but no one answered. I also attempted to send an email but never received a response.My advice: Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances. It is absolutely terrible.
