Amazing customer service

Liked: This property had the nicest hotel staff we have had on our whole trip! Very clean, good complimentary breakfast, and lots of options because of the location
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Wish other guests would have returned the luggage carts instead of keeping them in their rooms but that had nothing to do with the property. They are newly renovated so there are still some large boxes and countertop pieces in the lobby but it’s not in the way.

Liked: It was very conveniently located with a good selection of restaurants with walking distance, which was fantastic considering traffic is a significant challenge.
Disliked: I really don't have any complaints. It was a good stay.

Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: My unit wasn’t even ready when I arrived, and I had to wait an hour and a half after check-in. Then I was told my unit was about to get cleaned. At that time, it was already 5 p.m. I didn’t get into my unit until almost 6:30 p.m. Check-in was 3 p.m. My unit was wet when I got in there. The floors were dirty. My bathroom had dried-up urine on the back of the toilet, and the fridge wasn’t clean. There was leftover spilled liquid left in the fridge . And my microwave kept going out after I would use it. I just did not get what I intended on getting from the pictures I saw online .

Disliked: Food, room wasn’t cleaned, no tv in room electrical outlets showing wires nor did housekeeping come in and change bed and towels out
