Good location but overpriced for...

Liked: The location, breakfast and pool were all very nice.
Disliked: We did not get anything we requested. No extra pillows were delivered despite asking for them, our air conditioner was freezing despite adjusting the temperature and we didn’t have housekeeping come once despite leaving our room by 1pm each day and not returning until after 10pm.

Disliked: Was double charged….once by booking once by property. Booking told me response about issue would be prompt. Such is not truth.

Liked: Good room and comfortable with lovely comfy bed. Clean and modern and plenty of connection point for charging.
Disliked: No issues

Liked: The breakfast was very good ! the omelettes were great. the attendance were very helpful and courteous.
Disliked: The elevators sounded like they needed a little attention. Cables were popping making a popping noise. Other than that it was a great place.

Liked: Everything was very clean and the location was great!
Disliked: We used the pull out sofa and there was not a blanket on the room for that bed. The room was tight with the sofa open. We had to move a bench to be able to get to the other side.
