Great location, nice staff, bathroom...

Liked: Staff was exceptional. Location was perfect for Red Rocks. Breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Bathroom needed to be cleaner. Pull out couch mattress was DISGUSTING/unusable. Hotel was fairly loud at night/early morning. Not sure source of noise?

Good location but overpriced for...

Liked: The location, breakfast and pool were all very nice.
Disliked: We did not get anything we requested. No extra pillows were delivered despite asking for them, our air conditioner was freezing despite adjusting the temperature and we didn’t have housekeeping come once despite leaving our room by 1pm each day and not returning until after 10pm.

Disappointing in booking and holiday...

Liked: Nice facility
Disliked: Was double charged….once by booking once by property. Booking told me response about issue would be prompt. Such is not truth.

Liked: Good room and comfortable with lovely comfy bed. Clean and modern and plenty of connection point for charging.
Disliked: No issues
