We had a great stay...
Liked: Friendly staff. Great facilities, pool and breakfast.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Disappointed
Liked: The Queen suite room was clean, roomy, and the beds were firm but comfortable.
Disliked: The shower head had been altered, probably to save water, but it sprayed all over, got the bathroom floor wet, and wasn't a pleasant experience. The pool and spa were being serviced and were closed. It was disappointing not knowing this in advance because we had been looking forward to swimming and relaxing in the hot tub.

Liked: breakfast was great. The location was also great.
Disliked: Heater and air conditioning ran all the time. The thermostat didn't seem to make any difference on the temperature. Shower head needed replaced mostly plugged up with hard water. There were 2 elevators but only one in service or operating. This is a nice place but just needs a little more closely watched maintenance. The people working here were very nice.
