Disliked: You charged my credit card and my wife's credit card even though I paid for through Booking.com. you were not going to do anything until I card and threaten to get my attorney involved.

Close to Shopping, good breakfast,...

Liked: Location was perfect for outlet shopping, perfect for walk ability to nearby restaurants, and a short (just a 5 minute drive) to downtown Castlerock, and a good location for nearby wedding venues. We attended a wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch in Larkspur and the drive was easy to and from this hotel.

Disliked: Towel bar falling off the wall. With 4 adults and no place to hang towels. Front desk said they would repair after our stay.

Very nice, better than one...

Liked: Easy to make reservations and check-in. Nice large rooms. Large and clean bathroom. Very comfortable for a short stay. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Slight problem with highway noise late at night. The truck noises seemed to punch through a bit. Could be mitigated by asking for a room facing away from highway. Price was a bit high, but I realize that may have been due to amenities like the pool and gym that I did not use.
