Exceptional

Liked: Staff was amazing and accommodating!
Disliked: The beds were not very comfortable, but the pillows were great, and everything was super clean.

Amazing staff, wonderful room.

Liked: It was clean, quiet, staff was friendly, breakfast way on point, felt safe and comfortable.
Disliked: To quiet. Not enough outside noise.

Liked: We were accommodated very nicely for our unplanned early arrival. Easy access to the room on ground floor much appreciated as I had just experienced a medical heart procedure and was directed to avoid stairs or having to lift anything.
Disliked: There isn't anything I can express as to disliking!
