Liked: The breakfast was very good and the location was convenient.
Disliked: I did not like giving us a ground floor room. The room was a bit dark. The staff could have been more friendly.

Liked: We booked this hotel from 4/4-4/13, its been 3 days and weve been experiencing multiple issues that they havent accomidated at ALL whatsoever despite our constant complain about the smell of weed everywhere and noisy neighbours upstairs. On 4/7 they cut off the water from 11am-5pm and we woke up today with the water still shut off receieving no warning or a heads up from any of the staff or managers. Weve been trying to get a refund for the rest of our stay, weve moved hotels and they didnt offer to accomidate us nor refund us. The excuse was “the manager is not here” and this is “out of their reach” to refund me my money. We flew here from los angeles to visit family and they made this experience so inconvenient and horrible. Do not book with them unless you want your trip to be miserable. Wish they had a 0 star option so unfortunately i went with one star.
