great place to stay
Liked: even though there is the coronavirus all the staff were very helpful and made our stay a pleasure would use them again

Liked: Location, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were great.
Disliked: The heater in the room was very loud. We had to choose to either not be as warm as we preferred or be awakened throughout the night.

Liked: Staff was very pleasant and room and hotel were very clean.
Disliked: The problem with my stay is that I was unable to get a good nights sleep. I was woken at 1:45 am by another guest screaming in hallway and it lasted around 15 minutes. The hotel is also located just off highway exit and could hear highway traffic throughout stay.

Manager made it right
Liked: When the manager came in that morning he was unaware of the rooms condition he moved me immediately he made sure personally that the room was taking care of. Refund my one night stay he apologized for the conditions of the rooms and also informed me they do not have tubs in their Suites. I believe he will make change soon without Hotel
Disliked: The information that was given to me through booking.com as far as them having a tub in the king suite and them having a hot tub at the facility was not true. The first room that I got was a king suite and the couches were stained horribly and soon as you walked in the door it has stains all going up to the door and dirty Q-tip no bathtub. She gave me was a twins sweet but it was too small for the work that I needed to do so I had to settle for a king room for the night after 3 hours which it also had stays on the couches and the floors. The mirrors was all dirty look like they hadn't been cleaned The night staff Miss Morgan started talking to another staff Andrew about how difficult I was being & she didnt look even go look at the room, didn't know if they even had tubs in the building. and she was talking about me right while I was walking past she didn't even hold her tongue for me to be out of her sight. Lack of knowledge about the hotel. Booking.com said that this hotel was a 4.3 out of 5 star come to find out it was not it was a two-star the information booking.com gave me was not correct And then when I tried to extend my stay she told me I still had to prepare as if I was leaving until she could contact the managers and that wouldn't be until between 11 and 12 but I had to be checked out by 12 Miss Morgan once again
