Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Dayton South I 675 By IHG

Rooms were very, very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to concert was a great service.

Disliked: Pull in.. overflowing trash can..greets all out front. Accessible room for handicap..4 th floor.. furthest away from elevator. Only one grab bar by tub. None by toilet. No roll in shower. Regular tub...Went to use hot tub.. broken. No jets working. Dirty washrag hanging on our shower bar. Bed..very hard. Breakfast..good. pancake machine broke. Toilet in our room..almost overflowed on first usage and sink drains so slow. Told front desk people the toilet issue ...she searched for plunger. No one came to do it..she said try this and dropped off at our door. When we checked out..we informed them of issues..all we got was oh..your not a member so I can't give you points. I said I'm a rewards member. I don't want points. I will contact manager. And we left. Trash. Still untouched upfront when we left. Don't stay!!!! Awful.

Disliked: Pool was cold and hot tub out of order. Shower head was old and not much pressure. Tub had chips in it and looked OLD. Bathroom needs an upgrade. TV was not smart, limited to what was on live TV.

Disliked: The cleaning crew kept coming into my room. They woke me up and then kept trying to come back in. It started before 9 am. Checkout was not till 12 pm.
