Liked: Location easy access from I75
Disliked: Shower stall base caulking very dirty or stained. Water way too hot could burn if not careful !

Liked: It was very clean i worked at a hotel so i know.
Disliked: Pool was so cold we couldnt swim and that was the whole reason we went there. Clean pool towels should be labled there was one cheap laundry basket no dirty pool basket and there was a covereed floor cleaning machine right next to pool. i would not have been able to watch my daughter swim. Maintenience needed to recock shower because it had mold in the cocking. Very hard to navigate where u r supposed to go to get breakfast so we didnt. Front desk and other staff were better than at my hotel so i wont go there.

Liked: The help the front staff was great!
Disliked: The pool was closed and they lied to us about the pool man just didn't come inn..he was fired and they new he wasn't coming to fix itAlso the manager was unavailable to phone calls from front desk staff and IHG staff several times when requesting a credit to my card. We ended up going to another Holiday Inn Express.

Disliked: staff wasn’t concerned that guest ran out of hot water. there were multiple time both coffee dispensers as well as cream were out and staff acted like I was bothering them when I brought it to their attention

The stay was relaxing

Liked: The room was big. The bed was comfortable and I liked that the mattress was fully covered.
Disliked: The refrigerator wasn’t keeping anything cold

Disliked: bathroom in room had not been completey cleaned and pool hours were 10 til 10 was not on web site when booked we arrived at 10 pm so expected to use pool in morning after the posted quiet time of 10 pm til 7 am but pool didnt open til 10 kids i had with was disappointed
