Disliked: The interaction with your booking site mislead us. We expected to receive two queen rooms, and checked in to find what we book with you was not what we thought it to be. They said the discount rate we paid with you was offered because they got to chose our room at check in. Shame on you. I was a first time user, and I'll never use your service again

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I did not get the room I paid for. There was supposed to be a pull out sofa in the room, but it was just 2 queen beds. The staff refused to make good on their mistake. The night clerk said no other room was available on arrival, and the general manager refused to discount the price differential the next day. Common areas needed cleaning more often than not. Elevators had stuff spilled on floors. Hallways were in need of vacuuming.
