Liked: Breakfast had the usual choices with eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, juices, coffee. Location was in the parking lot of Twin Peaks and a great steak restaurant. Conveniently located next to several stores.
Disliked: Requested a room on the top floor with my reservation. Reminded the clerk at checkin but was told it wasn’t possible even though I received an email saying the request would be honored. So I got to listen to someone walking with heavy footsteps late at night and early in the morning.2nd floor ice machine is still not working

Liked: A very beautiful hotel, everything was immaculate.

Very good

Liked: The staff, reception, housekeeping, and breakfast area are excellent. You can walk to various restaurants, Costco, Target, Burlington, and the DART Parker Road station.
Disliked: During the night, I was met with a pervasive scent of smoke seeping through the bathroom vents in room 421. Regrettably, there is no air extractor present to alleviate the situation.

Liked: Staff friendly and attentive. Food hot, fresh, pancake machine down the 5 days I was there. Very neat and clean. Enjoyed breakfast.
Disliked: Pancake machine working, the bathroom vent didn't work tried to get a 5 am wake-up call, the operator didn't know how to do it Or transfer me to the front desk. Blankets could be a little heavier or Xtra blankets in the room. My room was never vacuumed the 5 days I was there.
