Staff is great, location not...

Liked: I like the housekeeping, they did a really great job in keeping the rooms clean. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.
Disliked: I didn’t like the location. I saw many homeless people roaming around the parking lot making us feel uncomfortable and unsure about our safety. I noticed a homeless couple sleeping outside the hotel facility near a flower bed.

We stayed for one night....

Liked: Cleanliness was ok
Disliked: The fire alarm went off and woke us up. I called the front desk and they did not care nor offered anything

Good hotel for the price,...

Liked: It’s a great price for Dallas. I understand the complaints about the homeless and construction, but both of those did not bother us on our trip. My main concern is cleanliness and it was very clean, so that’s really all I cared about.
Disliked: The location is kind of far from downtown so keep that in mind. There were still good neighborhoods to visit that were nearby. The staff was ok. The downstairs has a bad mildew smell because of the pool.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact of no wifi on the TV. There were no good TV channels. Everything else was great.
