Liked: The front desk lady was great.
Disliked: It was not inviting or welcoming at all on the outside. You couldn’t even really tell where the front door was and it’s next to construction, parking lot was horrible and a boarded up red lobster. It was awful and not appealing at all. Inside wasn’t much better. Didn’t look much better than a cheap motel when you walk in the door.

Pretty good

Liked: The staff is amazing the rooms are comfortable and very clean
Disliked: There is nothing to watch on the tv. The breakfast was okay

Never stay in this hotel...

Liked: I did not like the property, it looked deserted. The housekeeping was horrible, the breakfast was good every morning. But the guy at the front counter on the night shift was horrible and disrespectful, we will never stay in this hotel again.
Disliked: The housekeeping was horrible. They didn’t sweep the carpet or clean the toilet daily. The night staff was horrible particularly the guy at the front counter. He was very rude, and disrespectful. I would never stay in this hotel ever again when we come back to Dallas. Our trip was fun. But the hotel looked like it was in a desert area.

Staff is great, location not...

Liked: I like the housekeeping, they did a really great job in keeping the rooms clean. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.
Disliked: I didn’t like the location. I saw many homeless people roaming around the parking lot making us feel uncomfortable and unsure about our safety. I noticed a homeless couple sleeping outside the hotel facility near a flower bed.
