Worst of all time, not...

Disliked: I was literally robbed at this hotel, they overbooked the place and cancelled my colegues reservation, I called to say I would pay his room once I got there and they canceled anyway and only told me when I arrived. We are travelling together for work we have to stay together. The receptionist laughed at my face and charged me for one room once I told her I was unable to stay if my collegue`s room was canceled. Not only. that but I had a packaged delivered to the hotel and signed by them and they did not give me my package.

Liked: The atmosphere was great
Disliked: Booking. Com made a huge mistake on my payment and didn't get a chance to check in for about 2 hours The customer service rep helped got everything cleared up for me by calling Booking and for that I'm grateful
