Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The linens were great quality and the bed was comfortable.Paris, Sheila, Johnathan and the gentlemen that drove the shuttle were all amazing.
Disliked: I killed 2 cockroaches in my shower in 4 days. There is nothing walkable nearby. The gym wasn’t clean - the bin was not emptied in the 5 days, thick dirt under the equipment.

Disliked: Flea infestation in one of our rooms bit on both of my legs and feet. We changed rooms. They couldn’t make us room keys system was down apparently. So we couldn’t leave the room without being locked out

Liked: The hotel in general was very nice and clean. They had great breakfast options as well.
Disliked: When we got there, one of the two beds was not made and the sheets were in a pile in the middle of the bed. I called front desk and she was very polite and offered another room but my dad was too tired for the hassle of switching rooms so we just stayed.

Liked: Staff were very nice,property was clean and nice looking.
Disliked: Not in the greatest location, no restaurants nearby. Homeless were near under a bridge, I didn’t want to venture out in the evening. Also, on second day, it appeared that housekeeping started cleaning the room, but stopped halfway. They took dirty towels,didn’t leave any clean ones and didn’t make bed.

Liked: It was a nice room. Very clean. Was very pleased. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The toilet kept running for awhile after flushing. The bathtub stopper didn't stop up the drain so the water had to be left on while taking a bath.
