People like the receptionist are...

Liked: The receptionist was so kind and helpful. She was very attentive anytime we came through lobby and asked us how we were enjoying things. She was also the only receptionist that I saw during my whole stay (working crazy hours).

The overall experience was nice...

Liked: The location and the staff were exceptional.
Disliked: Sink was slow draining and water would back up into the sink with particles floating. Toilet wouldn’t flush consistently. We got locked out of our room because the battery died.

A good place to stay

Liked: From reception to check out, the room, the common areas, all was quite ok.Although I would consider that the relation price vs services is a bit above what I was somehow expecting.Nevertheless the conditions are quite good overall.
Disliked: The breakfast was the only thing I did not properly enjoyed, once again for the price paid, I would expect some more options besides the very basic ones.
