When I arrived they were having a problem with the room key/card and were having to escort everyone to their rooms. The young lady at the desk was able to maintain a professional attitude through the whole thing. When I returned later the problem had been resolved. The rooms and service were wonderful. Very close to concert I was attending and easy to get to and from. Breakfast was more than what I expected.

Disliked: I went through booking.com I selected a room with 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa but ended with 2 queen beds. I was told by holiday inn that it was a glitch with booking.com. at 1st I was told they don't have rooms like the one I requested but later I spoke to a different staff and that's when she said it was booking.com glitch

Mediocre at best

Liked: The room was spacious and there was a lot of restaurants close by
Disliked: The bathroom didn’t have any hand soap, only had 2 bath towels and no way to plug of the tub for my kiddo to take a bath. The TV is was small and seemed to glitch on most stations. The AC barely kept the room cool and you couldn’t feel the cold air unless you were standing right in front of it.

Liked: I honestly can’t say anything that I like about this property. There were problem after problem.
Disliked: The pool door felt impossible to open even though there were others outside. Looks like water corrosion near the bottom of the door as well. We found bed bugs in our room. All of a sudden hotel couldn’t get into their booking. Com account to refund us, their email, nor were there phone lines working randomly. After a week or so went by, I finally received a refund but for only 1 night! Never will go to another Holiday Inn.
