Everything was great, no problems at all.

Liked: Everyone on the staff was so friendly. Amazing and thanks.

When I arrived they were having a problem with the room key/card and were having to escort everyone to their rooms. The young lady at the desk was able to maintain a professional attitude through the whole thing. When I returned later the problem had been resolved. The rooms and service were wonderful. Very close to concert I was attending and easy to get to and from. Breakfast was more than what I expected.

Disappointing

Liked: Overall nice hotel, love the breakfask.
Disliked: The shower head is not in proper working order. The pressure was extremely low. There was trash left under the sink in the room. The smoke/fire alarm would not go off (it was sounding off and on for all most 2 hours) interrupting a peaceful weekend I was hoping for. I love Holiday Inn Express I have never had this experience with this chain before.

Disliked: Our air conditioner went out after the first night. They did bring a fan in and we were supposed to get 25$ returned after checkout, but never received it. ( the stay was still very pleasant )

Liked: The location was fine for what we needed to attend. Good accessibility and friendly staff. It being a pet friendly place was a bonus as well.
Disliked: The breakfast was not very good at all. I should have just skipped it. I've never had a hotel pre-authorized my card and then charge me the full amount. This pre-authorization has stayed on my account for a week. If I knew I was going to be double charged for the room for an entire week I would not have put to this hotel. It's very frustrating especially for someone who is on a budget.

Disliked: Pool was super cold and hot pool not working

Do NOT go

Liked: The room size was alright.
Disliked: The pool is freezing AND the "SPA" is FREEZING TOO!! when I asked the staff why is the spa and pool freezing they said THE SPA IS SUPPOSED TO BE COLD AND THE POOL HAS NO HEATER WITH NO CIRCULATION. Super disappointed that was the main reason I chose this hotel. And without being able to enjoy the pool or spa the cable had 5 channels 4 beinf the news. Another thing is the location is in a "bad" area.....watch your surroundings around this location or just don't go. Trust me.
