When I arrived they were having a problem with the room key/card and were having to escort everyone to their rooms. The young lady at the desk was able to maintain a professional attitude through the whole thing. When I returned later the problem had been resolved. The rooms and service were wonderful. Very close to concert I was attending and easy to get to and from. Breakfast was more than what I expected.

It was nice

Liked: The 1st night was ok The 2nd night we came back and the room smelled. The sheets felt damp and could not get comfortable due to the smell and the damp sheets. It was late when we returned and we were tired and had to get up early to leave.
Disliked: The hotel was nice looked amazing and clean. Staff was wonderful

Liked: Staff was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The shower and toilet kept leaking. I reported it twice, but nothing was done about it. They contacted me and said they couldn't accommodate a room change. I just left it alone. I didn't want to make a big deal about it.
