Everything was great, no problems at all.

Liked: Everyone on the staff was so friendly. Amazing and thanks.

When I arrived they were having a problem with the room key/card and were having to escort everyone to their rooms. The young lady at the desk was able to maintain a professional attitude through the whole thing. When I returned later the problem had been resolved. The rooms and service were wonderful. Very close to concert I was attending and easy to get to and from. Breakfast was more than what I expected.

Liked: This is the raggedest place I’ve ever stayed. I picked it for the indoor pool but we couldn’t even use the pool because it was so dirty and you could smell a nasty chemical smell through the door. Then their tv didn’t even work properly but they had the nerve to charge me $16 for a broken tv remote which we barely touched because we came in about 12am. It’s giving it was already broke and they wanted to throw it off on somebody. When I called the front desk I heard the manager talking stuff in the background. I would never stay here again. It gives old rooms and old people. Definitely should be turned into a nursing home instead
