Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus SE - Groveport an IHG Hotel

The only thing that I was concerned about is when housekeeping comes to your room they tap one time and come in. I believe that they should give some time for the guest to respond before they enter the room. Example situation: I heard the tap on the door and I was approaching the door - before I could answer the door, housekeeping had already let themselves in. Even with this slight situation I have to still rate my stay at Holiday Inn Express very good. I hope I can remember the gentleman's name that waited on us at check in. A shout out goes to Leonard - thank you for your kind service. I don't want to forget all that service at the breakfast bar. Good food!

Worst customer service I’ve ever...

Liked: The fact that it took me 2 hours to get into my room over 1.33 in taxes was the start of this. The 2 at the front desk was very rude and not willing to help. Complained about giving towels both nights we stayed. They didn’t come and clean my room. You really need to get some nice and friendly help in there and some clean workers. This is your job to look and smell presentable. Overall I would say even remodeling this location isn’t going to help the customer service in this establishment. I will never stay at this location again. I’ll keep driving down to the next exit.
