Liked: I have tried to cancel this trip for over a month due to military orders change. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES with just a run around, I have spoken with many with the promise of an email for cancellation and that still has not happened. I will never stay with this chain again and am canceling my vacation packages as well. The complete non customer service has put a bad taste in my mouth. Disappointed…

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Our key cards didn’t work every evening when we came back. We had to go to the front desk and get new cards to get in our room every evening.Our rooms had not been cleaned—-no clean sheets and no clean towels. We had to go ask every night for clean towels. Our sheets were never changed from Saturday through Monday morning when we left.Nice and helpful personnel at the front desk….but the cleaning crew showed no evidence of anything.

Good stay for the price.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, decent selection.
Disliked: Shower drain was stopped up.

The hotel was so nice....

Liked: The hotel was new a few years ago, so we chose it again. The location is great and the staff was helpful. My bed was clean. The air was cold. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee.
Disliked: The hotel needs attention. The lobby window treatments had stains from leaks running down the wall. The floor had dog poop on it. The elevator floor was dirty the whole time we were there. The dining room area furniture was old and peeling. My bathroom had hair in it and only two towels for a 3 night stay.

Liked: The location is excellent to get to our family gathering, and the room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our room's coffee bar was not stocked, there were no drinking glasses, and towels, etc., were sparse. In addition, the breakfast area was packed, so that we had to sit in the couch area, and the food staff had a hard time keeping dishes replenished. That seems to be the case whenever we stay at that location. Also, when I asked for a copy of the bill, which was being split, the desk clerk said that I couldn't have one since I had booked through a booking company.
