Liked: I have tried to cancel this trip for over a month due to military orders change. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES with just a run around, I have spoken with many with the promise of an email for cancellation and that still has not happened. I will never stay with this chain again and am canceling my vacation packages as well. The complete non customer service has put a bad taste in my mouth. Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Our key cards didn’t work every evening when we came back. We had to go to the front desk and get new cards to get in our room every evening.Our rooms had not been cleaned—-no clean sheets and no clean towels. We had to go ask every night for clean towels. Our sheets were never changed from Saturday through Monday morning when we left.Nice and helpful personnel at the front desk….but the cleaning crew showed no evidence of anything.
