Hotel was great. Just expensive cab fare given the route to Mapfre stadium.

Liked: Very great staff and nice room.
Disliked: Far from the MAPFRE Stadium.

Liked: Room was exceptional. Service was great. Manager was out helping during heavy breakfast crowd with a positive attitude.
Disliked: Cold eggs for breakfast? Not my thing.

Liked: I liked the hotel’s location and the size of the room. The laundry room was convenient and usually available.
Disliked: When we checked in, the room we were given was not clean, but when we informed the staff, they changed it for us promptly.

Liked: Front desk tenant Leroy. The breakfast. Convenient free parking.
Disliked: Is it really that hard to get a steam cleaner for the carpets?How much does it cost to get a furniture touchup paint? Why does every piece of furniture and wall have a nick, scuff, chip or scratch? Does corporate require training for housekeeping? Bad job. Really bad job. How are you fail in bed making? The breakfast lady was really angry this week. Not a clean hotel.

Disliked: The rooms don’t have microwaves so you have to get ready when booking a room over there. I was very disappointed with their staff and had to leave the property immediately as I checked in. I don’t recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some days in Columbus in a beautiful comfortable area. It doesn’t worth it.
