Hotel was great. Just expensive cab fare given the route to Mapfre stadium.

Liked: Very great staff and nice room.
Disliked: Far from the MAPFRE Stadium.

Liked: Room was exceptional. Service was great. Manager was out helping during heavy breakfast crowd with a positive attitude.
Disliked: Cold eggs for breakfast? Not my thing.

Bad

Liked: Nothing. The hospitality was terrible. When I went outside to my car, a manager was standing outside smoking a cigarette and I had to walk through his smoke.
Disliked: Everything. I had no hot water in my room. The floors were dirty. The staff was terrible. I left 4 hours into my stay.

Liked: 1) The staff who checked me in was friendly and helpful I was tired from travel and he made me feel so welcome2) my room was immaculate clean and spacious3) delicious breakfast 4) check in and check out easy I love this hotel. Highly recommend and will stay here in the future

Great location but crappy room

Disliked: My room didn’t have any hand towels or washcloths, the carpet felt sticky, the toilet was very hard to flush, loose rings on handicapped areas, and blinds were cracking.

Disliked: There was some rust around the drain in the tub This could be an issue for a diabetic with open sores on their feet. My daughter and I had to wear our flip flops in
