Hotel was great. Just expensive cab fare given the route to Mapfre stadium.

Disliked: We never received our $50 refund for the cleaning. The pool was closed and said it would be open the next morning but it wasn't. Staff wasn't customer friendly.

Liked: The Property was fine it was the staff and management.
Disliked: I used Booking to make my reservation. The recept said 444.31 for 2 nights in Columbus. When I arrived at the Hotel they could not find my reservation and finally located something but would not show me. They ended up charging me 544.00 with a 25.00 per night insidental fee. I complained there and they call ed the GM she suggested that I call Bookings and cancel and they would give me the room for what I was quoted by your service. Checking out I ask for a billing invoice so I could check the details. They refused to give that to me as well. Told me it was against policy. I feel like the Hotel was playing games with me. They tell me not to use booking anymore and come straight to the hotel. I’m not certain how to trust either site at this point.
