Nightmare hotel stay

Liked: Sarah the night attendant is the only good thing about this place.
Disliked: We were told breakfast would be served until 9:30 AM.When we arrived downstairs at 9 AM, there was absolutely nothing left. WHEN I ASKED THE ATTENDANT IF THEY WOULD BE GETTING MORE BREAKFAST OUT, SHE TOLD ME THAT THE OVENS WENT DOWN AND THAT THERE WOULD BE NO MORE BREAKFAST WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, SHE PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH A MEMBER OF THEIR SALES TEAM WHO TOLD ME HE COULD DO NOTHING FOR ME BUT THAT HE WAS VERY SORRY. we tried to make do with what little. There was a couple yogurts of milk and some toast. The milk was expired by over two months, and the bread was stale. The shower was severely damaged and was held together with duct tape. There was water damage on the ceiling on our room.

Would definitely recommend staying again

Liked: The daytime front desk person (young lady with the beads) was absolutely amazing. She was so very helpful ! Please ensure that she is told how much we appreciate her !!

Liked: Clean comfortable facility.
Disliked: Facility was clean and comfortable. I know that prices these days have gone up I was there for my sister's funeral I needed to stay for three or four nights but at $187 a night I could not afford to do that.
