Liked: So happy the rooms came with a microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The carpets in the rooms were damp. The knob for the shower needs to be fixed or adjusted.

Disliked: Our room bathroom had a very bad smell. It seems like it was coming from the drain. I was very disappointed! Seen that I have been visiting this site often and this is the first time I came across something like this.

Liked: The location was good for what we needed - jumped on the Metro to attend a soccer game at Audi Field in DC, so it was about a mile from the College Park station. It's on north side of the street so it's difficult to get to when traveling east - need to go and turn into a parking lot to make the turnaround, but not awful.Breakfast was very good with many options and came with the price paid for the room.

Liked: The staff was very helpful. The bed was very cozy and comfortable. The room facilities were good and the room size was big. The elevator operates really fast.
Disliked: The hotel had no parking spaces, and I had to park in the very back at late night. It also smelled in the parking lots and there was garbage present and on the ground. The lots needs to be hosed down, cleaned daily. Also the hotel inside is not clean. The rooms were surface cleaned but you can still see dirt in sink, rings in bathtub, tables not wiped. The breakfast was good and many choices to eat. The breakfast area where the food is located was too small and difficult to get around.

Liked: I did not stay at this hotel due to un-lean Conditions and smell in the room and hall. The front desk clerk had me sign my papers before going to my room. I advise the front desk clerk that I did not want the room and to cancel my reservation. He stated he would do this and I left and went a few miles down and checked into the Holiday Inn. I was still charged for the room that I did not stay in.
