Awesome
Liked: Breakfast was great, doing a clean diet meaning no bread. Love the egg white omelets
Disliked: Being locked out of my room 2x on Saturday,young lady advise it may be a battery needs replaced and the guy try to advise it was my fault something about being demagnitze. Advise front desk on Sunday about that. She apologized

Disappointed in this Holiday Inn...
Liked: Attractive
Disliked: Had tv and wifi problems. Staff were unsuccessful in correcting problems. Staff blamed us for their equipment and staffing problems.Adding insult to injury blamed us for their equipment problems for being old (us not the equipment) :-( Don't tell me I'm old, I already know that.

Staff needs to learn how...
Liked: Property was comfortable, convenient and while located pool was wonderful
Disliked: Staff charged me twice. I went through Booking.com and then when I checked in at the hotel, they charged me again therefore holding up a little over $1000 for the weekend., I booked two rooms and they made my second room put a card on file which was not even their reservation. It was mine. I’ll probably never stay there again.

Liked: The room was okay. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I had booked the hotel specifically for the hottub. I had seen the pictures of your hottub on the website. So, I specifically changed my reservation from a less expensive hotel with a working hottub, to your more expensive hotel. Only to find out when I checked in, that your hottub was not working. As you can tell, I was extremely disappointed. You might consider putting that information on your website. I did notice other hotels did, and I was able to avoid choosing them.
