Extremely disappointing

Liked: The shower was lukewarm on the evening we checked in and by the morning it was cold altogether. This was extremely upsetting for how much the hotel cost for one night and for it being in a hotel brand that is usually trustworthy to stay in.
Disliked: No hot water!

Focus more on cleaning the...

Liked: The pool and hot tub
Disliked: Our room could've been cleaned a little better as there was hair in the bathroom tub from the pervious person. The floor was not vacuumed.

We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: The breakfast was absolutely delicious! And I was grateful that they started breakfast at 6 am, because my daughter needed to be at the softball field by 6:45, so it gave us plenty of time to eat and commute.
Disliked: Our key cards were giving us problems, but ultimately, that problem was resolved (quickly and easily!)
