Disappointing

Liked: Location and value for money. Great place to stay in Chicago that is reasonably priced. Free shuttle bus every 20 minutes to midway airport, so was able to use the orange line train to get down town.

My stay was good due...

Liked: I liked how my husband and I were able to check in early. We would have had to wait after arriving to the hotel around 8:00 AM but due to the help of the receptionist, he had Housekeeping prepare the room sooner.
Disliked: The carpet on the steps looked liked the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.
